Rent is paid weekly or fortnightly, so there's no big upfront cost.

How it works
Leave your details, come and view the caravans and pick the one that suits, then we sign you up and lock in a delivery day. We tow it in, level it and hook up power.
We're based in Hastings and deliver across Hawke's Bay — Hastings, Napier, Havelock North, Flaxmere, Clive, Taradale, Waipukurau, Waipawa and Wairoa. Long-term rentals also go out to East Cape, Gisborne, Taupō, Whanganui, Palmerston North, New Plymouth and Masterton.

Can I rent a caravan as a spare bedroom?
Yes. We deliver a caravan to your property and set it up as a spare room, sleepout or cabin. Rent is paid weekly or fortnightly.
What's the minimum term?
Long-term rentals are a minimum of 4 months in Hawke's Bay and 6 months for surrounding regions. Rent is paid weekly or fortnightly.
Can WINZ help pay for it?
We're registered with Work and Income and can give you a quote for a long-term rental. Depending on your situation, WINZ may cover the setup cost or the full cost.
How much does it cost?
