We're registered with Work and Income and give quotes for long-term caravan rentals. Depending on your situation, WINZ may cover the setup cost or the full cost.
Getting a WINZ quote
Leave your details on our enquiry form or give us a call. Tell us where the caravan is going and how many people it's for, and we'll send you a quote to take to Work and Income.
Once it's approved, we arrange a delivery day, tow the caravan in, level it and hook up power.
What the caravans are used for
Most people use them as an extra bedroom, a sleepout, or somewhere to live while they sort out longer-term housing. Rent is weekly or fortnightly.
Where we deliver
We're based in Hastings and deliver across Hawke's Bay — Hastings, Napier, Havelock North, Flaxmere, Clive, Taradale, Waipukurau, Waipawa and Wairoa. Long-term rentals also go out to East Cape, Gisborne, Taupō, Whanganui, Palmerston North, New Plymouth and Masterton.

What's the minimum term?
Long-term rentals are a minimum of 4 months in Hawke's Bay and 6 months for surrounding regions. Rent is paid weekly or fortnightly.
